Policy

 Please review the following policy, in preparation for your appointment. 

  • Late Arrivals - We offer a 15 minute grace period. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
  • Cancellations - If necessary, please cancel any scheduled appointment(s) as soon as possible. While we understand that emergencies occur, please notify us at least 24 hrs(1 business day) in advance to cancel your scheduled appointment. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS WILL ASSUME LIABILITY OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE PAYMENT (in the amount of 100% OF THE SERVICE TOTAL). 
  • “NO- SHOWS”- Habitual “no show” clients will be responsible for 100% of the service total & banned from. future scheduling.
  • Service Guarantee & Refunds - We are committed to performing quality service and satisfaction, however we cannot adhere to everyone's particular desires. ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL once you leave the salon.
  • Health History - Please notify us of any existing HEALTH ISSUES THAT MAY IMPACT THE HEALTH AND CURRENT STATE OF YOUR HAIR AND SCALP.( I.E. ALLERGIES, BLOOD PRESSURE OR DIABETIC diagnosis and any medications {internal or external} that are associated) as these have been linked to hair loss and skin conditions.
  • Right to Refuse Service - We appreciate your patronage however, we reserve the right to deny service to any client that poses a potential threat or hazard to our salon safety and expertise.
  • Pricing - is based on an average length and texture of hair. Prices vary per client.
  • Booking/Scheduling- Booking is final, once scheduled. All deposits are non REFUNDABLE. All deposits are non TRANSFERABLE.
  • Coloring -
    • We do not perform color or chemical services on 1st time clients. 48 hour preliminary patch test are mandatory. 
    • We do not offer color services on hair extensions that aren’t purchased from “SK Luxury Extensions”. 
  • Hair Purchased from Outside Vendors - We cannot GUARANTEE the outcome or longevity of your service if you choose to provide hair from an outside vendor. Therefore, in an event that you are not satisfied with your service, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot provide compensation for the hair extensions, wigs or services.
  • SK Luxury Hair Extension Purchases - Due to hygienic purposes, we cannot accept any hair exchanges or offer refunds once you leave the salon. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Kids are NOT allowed in the salon - Due to safety guidelines, we do not permit kids in the salon. Kids from 10-17 years of age being serviced must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
